Senior Field Sales Executive**Requisitos**:Lic. en Negocios Internacionales, Comercio Internacional o afinInglés avanzadoExperiência mínima de 3 - 5 años en puesto similarResponsable del mantenimiento, desarrollo, busqueda de clientes (Producto terrestre, maritimo y aereo)Funciones del rol- Puede supervisar al personal, lo que incluye la contratación, capacitación, evaluación del desempeño, recomendaciones de compensación y gestión del desempeño; el personal supervisado suele estar en el nível de operador/administrador.- Supervisar, completar y procesar diversos formularios de ventas, documentos, bases de datos y materiales e información relacionados.- Proporcionar análisis, interpretación y asesoramiento básicos y especializados al personal, la administración y los líderes funcionales con respecto a las políticas, programas y prácticas de ventas; involucra operaciones que van desde estándares hasta las complejas; liderando la implementación y el cambio de las mismas.- Proporcionar retroalimentación y orientación sobre temas de investigación y desarrollar recomendaciones para resolver preguntas y requerimientos de la gerencia y los empleados; ayuda a recibir comentarios de los clientes y coordinar recursos según sea necesario.- Analiza y revisa las operaciones, los resultados, los comentarios y la información de ventas relacionada de manera continua para determinar tendencias, extraer conclusiones, interpretar hallazgos y presentar resultados, propuestas y recomendaciones a la gerencia.- Asegurar la precisión de bases de datos operacionales, ventas, estándares y complejas, informes y detalles relacionados a través de auditorías, consultas y revisiones operativas; Trabaja con equipos para resolver discrepancias.- Asistir en el desarrollo de objetivos de ventas o de proyectos o programas multifuncionales, que incluyen presupuestos, plazos, materiales, personal y otros requisitos del proyecto, recibe orientación y presenta información a la gerencia; Puede desarrollar y gestionar áreas de alcance o impacto moderado.Competencias RequeridasActitud de servicio.Proactividad.Capacidad de análisis.Solución de problemas.Iniciativa.Innovación.Trabajo en equipoLiderazgoNegociacionOfrecemosSueldo competitivoPrestaciones de ley y superiores
