Your contributions will help us deliver exceptional results and make a positive difference in our industry.**What You’ll Do**:- Efficiently schedule and reschedule meetings, coordinating calendars across different time zones.- Prepare detailed meeting agendas and briefings, including key task reminders and personalized notes.- Assist in the creation and refinement of documents such as 1-pagers and presentation decks.- Categorize leads in HubSpot, execute HubSpot routines, and maintain an organized database.- Handle executive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and meals.- Provide logístical planning and on-site support for executive engagements and events.- Conduct daily check-ins with the CEO and COO.- Manage projects efficiently, ensuring organization and progress tracking.- Assist with social media activities, including converting LinkedIn content to Twitter and posting newsletters using Framer.- Respond to LinkedIn messages on behalf of the founder.- Assist with inquiries and support requests from students of Maven.- Plan and coordinate travel logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and meeting space arrangements.- Prepare regular reports and update internal databases.**What We’re Looking For**:- Bachelor’s degree or relevant educational qualifications.- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.- Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.- Experience with Gmail and Slack; willingness to learn HubSpot and Zapier.- Availability to work according to Pacific Standard Time (PST).- Strong internet research skills and ability to utilize online resources effectively.- Ability to craft clear, concise, and professional written communications.- Proactive problem-solving skills and a resourceful mindset.- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Familiarity with supporting US-based executives and travel logistics.- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and other automations.**Nice to Have**:- Interest in the legal industry and its intersection with AI.- Familiarity with expense management tools like Concur.**What We Offer**:- Gross monthly compensation ranging from $20,000 to $40,000 MXN- A progressive company culture where your ideas are valuedWe value each team member's contributions and are committed to maintaining a workplace that encourages both individual and collective success.E04JI802n1q24079em2
