**Executive Assistant (Remote - LATAM)**:**Location**:LATAM**Type**:Contract (40 hrs per week)***About the Role**:Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive **Executive Assistant**to support a lean team of three executives, including the **Chief of Staff and COO**. This role involves attending daily huddles, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.***Responsibilities**:- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.- Maintain and organize executive calendars, schedule appointments, and set up meetings.- Coordinate meetings, send reminders, and prepare relevant materials.- Provide administrative support to executives and team members as needed.- Ensure strong client/customer support with a service-oriented approach.- Utilize advanced computer skills to optimize administrative processes.- Maintain a proactive, can-do attitude in handling tasks.- Perform additional duties as required.- 8-10+ years of experience in executive support, administration, or a similar role.- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.- Strong attention to detail, with exceptional proofreading and editing abilities.- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines efficiently.- Experience using **CRMs and project management tools**.- Comfortable with digital tools such as **Microsoft Office, Canva, and ChatGPT**.- Prior experience in a growing small business or nonprofit is a plus.This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely with a dynamic and growing team while contributing to an impactful organization
