By prioritizing employee growth and development, we empower everyone to reach their full potential on their own terms, because the best work happens when you are free to be yourself and share your unique expertise.**Our Benefits**:With our employees’ well-being top of mind, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, which includes the following:- Insurance plans _(Medical, life insurance, and more)_- Employee Assistance Program- Competitive base salary**What are your contributions to the team?**:- Based on engineering documentation, define, develop, and coordinate modifications to the manufacturing sequence plan and precedence diagrams.- Provide technical support for manufacturing processes.- Incorporate standard times into work instructions to ensure proper product costing.- Document and promote modifications, standard practices, and lessons learned to ensure product integrity in accordance with design requirements.- Design methodologies to ensure design requirements in product planning (as designed, as planned).- Participate in, validate, and provide feedback on production requirements based on site impact analysis.- Ensure the functionality of tooling and visual aids used during implementation on the production line.- Promote improvements on the production line.**How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge and experience**:- You have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in an aerospace or automotive manufacturing environment.- You have a bachelor's degree in Aeronautics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering Management.- You have experience working with structural manufacturing processes.- You have an intermediate level of English (spoken and written), capable of holding a conversation.- You have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel (Charts, PivotTables, VBA, and Macros), and PowerPoint.- You have knowledge of Catia V5, SAP, 3DVIA, and DITMCO.- You have skills related to teamwork, continuous improvement, a results-orientation, a service-oriented attitude, and problem-solving skills.- You are available to rotate shifts.Bombardier is an equal opportunity employer and encourages persons of any race, religion, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, immigration status, disability, or other applicable legally protected characteristics to apply.**Job**Methods Agent**Primary Location** Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M)**Organization**Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M)**Shift****Employee Status** Regular**Requisition** 9081 Methods Agent
