If you have a good idea, we'll provide the environment in which it will thrive and grow into a great product or customer experience.Your ideas are our fuel.**In your role, you will**:- Use manufacturing expertise to generate projects technical validation and VROMs for rec and non rec of potential transfers packages- Use technical manufacturing experience to oversee and unblock methods deliverables at transfers execution stage- Manage and deliver on time, large complex projects and activities related to major milestones for one of many existing and/or new platforms- Manage cross-functional teams in the establishment of scope, schedule and budget of execution of industrialization projects- Lead-coordinate planning, ensuring completeness and harmonization with stakeholders- Enforce adherence to Bombardier practices and Knowledge Standards to promote integrity and consistency in projects activities- Work with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers, and customer representatives to ensure adherence and compliance of projects scope, schedule, and budget- Manage and establish /methods related priorities between projects and activities, complete strategic schedule analysis, and communicate and harmonize these priorities- Identify and report on risks and lead risk mitigation planning and execution- provide visibility of budget requirement /resource allocation- Technical discussions cross-functional reviews- Engineering degree, or relevant diploma with equivalent working experience, with 8-10 years in project management or aerospace;- advanced knowledge of Project Management processes and principles.- aircraft technical and/or manufacturing experience;- experience in structural and / or systems installation process would be an asset.- professional attitude and superior communication skills;- excellent organizational, time management skills, foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities;- natural leadership and pro-active attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities;- self-motivated, autonomous, enthusiastic and results oriented;- ability to work willingly and independently in a fast paced, challenging environment;- effective problem-solving skills with ability to make good decisions to move projects along to meet or exceed the targets;- good computing skills; proficient in CATIA, SAP, MS Excel and MS Office, MS Project is an asset.Bombardier Aerospace is an equal opportunity employer with a non-discrimination policy.Your ideas move people.**Job** Methods Agent Sr**Primary Location** Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M)**Organization **Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M)**Shift****Employee Status** Regular
