**In your role, you will**:- Mejorar los procesos de maquinados de piezas CNC mediante análisis de desperdicios e implementación de métodos de eliminen o reduzca ineficiencias.- Colabora y Coordina el proceso de resolución de problemas (PSS).- Implementa modificaciones en instrucciones de trabajo y diagrama de precedencia, con base a cambios en la ingeniería- Asegurar la funcionalidad de los herramentales y ayudas visuales utilizados durante la implementación en la línea de producción.- Genera y actualiza la lista de especificaciones, capacidades y habilidades requeridas en la línea de producción.- Entrega la documentación requerida para el PRE-FAI de acuerdo con el proceso establecido en el programa.- Coordina los cambios requeridos a las instalaciones y los centros de trabajo, aplicando los análisis de riesgos y requerimientos de ergonomía.- Cuenta con licenciatura o ingeniería en: aeroespacial, automotriz, manufactura, programación o administración.- Deseable experiência de prácticas profesionales en alguna empresa aeronáutica o automotriz- Manejo de paquetería (Office)- Habilidades para resolución de problemas.- Inglés básico (Lectura, Escritura y Habla)- Conocimiento en interpretación de dibujos, GD&T así como uso básico/intermedio de software de diseño, CATIA preferentemente- Conocimiento en core tools ( AMEF, APQP, PPAP)
