This is a hands-on, high-impact role that will play a key part in our financial planning and analysis operations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to build models, assess performance, drive improvements, and support the financial health and growth of our company.**What You'll Be Doing**- Drive month-end close activities and support key reconciliations.- Build and enhance financial models and frameworks for monthly and quarterly reporting.- Analyze financial statements and performance metrics to uncover insights and trends.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance, identify risks, and evaluate strategic opportunities.- Develop forecasts and projections to support leadership decision-making and global initiatives.- Review accounting systems and procedures for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation to support audits and business reporting.- Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue-enhancing strategies.- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and prepare impactful presentations for leadership.- Contribute to ongoing improvement of our QMS (Quality Management System).**Who You Are**- You bring **5-7 years of hands-on experience** in financial planning, analysis, and accounting—ideally with exposure to the manufacturing sector.- You hold a **Bachelor's degree** in Finance or Accounting; a Master's, MBA, or CPA is a strong plus.- You may have honed your skills at a **Big Four accounting firm**, with a solid foundation in financial modeling, analytics, and audit or advisory services.- You're a strategic thinker with excellent **analytical and problem-solving** skills.- You can translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.- You have strong **communication and presentation** skills.- You're proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite; experience with **NetSuite, Odoo, or data analytics tools** is a plus.- You're known for being highly **detail-oriented, organized, and hands-on**—you roll up your sleeves to get the job done.- You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and are eager to grow with the business.**Analista Financiero - FP&A****Ubicación**: Presencial en Santa Catarina (zona metropolitana de Monterrey), México**Reporta a**: Director de FP&A¿Eres una persona analítica con 5 a 7 años de experiência en análisis financiero y contabilidad? ¿Te apasiona convertir los datos financieros en información estratégica para apoyar la toma de decisiones?
