Visionaries like you work on teams that save lives by developing the medicines of tomorrow.Join us in developing treatments, finding cures, and pioneering the path from lab to life while championing patients every step of the way.**We are searching for the best talent for the Sr Medical Manager Immunology & Specialty Care - Medical Head to be in Mexico City, Mexico.****You will be responsible of**:- Managing other Managers, Supervisors, and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations.- Direct activities for medical affairs and medical information teams.- Communicate direction for the creation of materials and content used in scientific communications.- Develop policies and procedures for external stakeholder management, scientific communications, evidence generation, publications, and medical education activities.- Facilitate clinical studies and investigator-initiated research.- Maintain in-depth knowledge of professional information and technology through conferences and/or medical literature and acts as a resource for the team.- Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.- Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.**Qualifications**:- Requires M.D. qualifications, as well as additional training and/or board certifications relevant to area of expertise.- Solid background experience in Immunology is a plus and desired- Proven experience as Sr Medical Manager in Pharm Industry is mandatory from 5-7 years.- English Fluent- Proven experience leading teams is mandatory
