**Zona de trabajo**: Atizapán de Zaragoza, Estado de México.**Requisitos**:- Título en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, o afín.- Mínimo 3 años de experiência en compras o sourcing, preferentemente en la industria metalmecánica.- **Inglés avanzado.**:- _Experiência en Incoterms._**Responsabilidades**:- Gestionar y optimizar el proceso de adquisición de materiales, componentes y servicios necesarios para la producción, asegurando la calidad, costo y tiempos de entrega adecuados.- Identificar, evaluar y seleccionar proveedores adecuados para cumplir con las necesidades de la empresa.- Realizar análisis de mercado y benchmarking para identificar tendencias y oportunidades.- Negociación de Contratos.- Gestión de compras.- Monitorear el desempeño de proveedores, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad y tiempos de entrega.- Trabajar en conjunto con ingeniería y producción para comprender las especificaciones técnicas y necesidades del producto.- Identificar oportunidades de ahorro en el proceso de adquisición y proponer mejoras continuas.- Cumplimiento normativo.**Habilidades**:- Excelentes habilidades de negociación y comunicación.- Capacidad analítica para evaluar proveedores y costos.- Dominio de herramientas de gestión de compras y ERP.
