You will have the opportunity to work in a tight team, where you will have a clear impact on the development and growth of DiDi Delivery business.Role Responsibilities:- Manage all offline processes for all DiDi Delivery businesses.- Control and track the full P&L for offline processes.- Manage and control multiple 3rd party vendors.- Lead the acquisition process for couriers via offline strategies.- Find key partners for the business.- Building and maintaining detailed reporting models including core KPIs and growth funnels to assist city-level, regional, and expansion efforts.- Lead a team located in multiple regions.Role Qualifications:- 7 to 12 years of experience in professional experience in consulting, operations, analytics or the technology sector.- Creative problem solver.- Ability to understand, analyze and interpret Data- Demonstrated aptitude for analytical and conceptual problem solving; comfort with quantitative analysis.- Ability to understand the perspectives of varied stakeholder groups.- Detailed oriented, with strong desire to learn.- English proficiency to communicate with other teams across DiDi's operations.EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
