What You’ll Do Develop and roll out Eutelsat SNP quality standards, maintenance best practices, and methods to monitor and oversee quality across our global ground network. Collaborate with Design and Implementation teams, peers, and internal/external parties to ensure gateways are properly maintained at the highest standards. Provide oversight of SNP quality, security, and maintenance compliance. Work closely with peers and SNP hosts to develop best practices for daily operations at our SNPs. Liaise with SNP vendors’ program management to schedule resources, identify and manage dependencies, and communicate responsibilities to all parties. Ensure SNP maintenance activities meet contractual MSA and SLA performance and conformance. Interface with Network Operations Center, Systems Engineering, and Legal/Regulatory & Contracts groups regarding SNP host performance. Develop and modify quality standards and implement plans across existing and future teleports. Support logistics activities, including purchase order approvals and vendor fulfillment, RMAs, retrofit programs, and design changes. Investigate site outages, RF surveys, major incidents, and support incident management. Document vendor and internal procedures, requirements, and user manuals. Oversee operational budget for SNP. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in a project leadership role on technical and/or logistics projects. Demonstrated experience developing and measuring quality products and services focused on satellite or terrestrial communication systems. General knowledge of fiber optics, radio frequency, and communications technologies. Experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Excel, Teams) and delivering projects in a matrix management environment. Ability to create and maintain detailed processes and procedures. Experience in budget estimating and reporting. Strong facilitation skills, driving collaboration and teamwork to achieve program objectives. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, building relationships with technical, business, and senior management stakeholders. Success managing vendor/subcontractor teams. Organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. High energy level, dynamic, positive “can‑do” style. Ability to work under pressure with short time‑frames. Experience working with outsourced and internal delivery teams. Experience working with geographically dispersed teams. Willingness to travel internationally for business (up to 50%). Preferred Qualifications Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese. Experience with mobile telecommunications systems or satellite communication systems; experience with MEO or LEO Ka‑Band technologies. Technical understanding of satellite ground systems and architecture. Technical understanding of fiber optic infrastructure and quality standards. Project Management Institute or equivalent certification. Location US, Mexico, or Europe. Travel up to 50% of the time.
