Job Description Summary We are seeking an energetic, results‑driven, experienced Account Manager to lead the relationship at a commercial level with two of our key accounts for our Gas Services business. The successful candidate will partner closely with Contract Performance Managers across multiple sites to develop a One Team/ITR approach for managing and developing sales opportunities. Job Description Customer‑facing leadership role responsible for originating, developing, and winning business with key accounts. This sales role involves selling parts, repairs, services, and upgrades while developing account‑management strategies to support customer needs. The position will be guided by commercial practices and internal long‑term maintenance contracts. The Account Manager has significant influence over commercial priorities and moderate autonomy to enter into and execute commercial arrangements and strategies. High levels of commercial judgement are required to achieve the desired outcomes. The role will work closely with CPMs to identify site‑specific needs and progress sales opportunities to closure, bridging customer needs with business priorities and objectives. Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for a services sales budget for specific key accounts, including selling product(s), services, parts, solutions or projects. Develop specialized knowledge of latest commercial developments and contribute to defining commercial strategies to identify customer needs and create sales opportunities. Act as point of contact for the customer to attend to commercial needs, including implementing the ITO process and understanding the customer’s purchasing process. Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the process and customer business, understand competition and differentiators in the market. Use judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers. Apply technical experience and data analysis to support recommendations, leveraging internal and limited external sources. Serve as a resource for colleagues with less experience, lead small projects with moderate risk and resource requirements, explain difficult or sensitive information, build consensus, and develop persuasion skills. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or finance from an accredited institution. More than 10 years of experience in sales or execution of power generation, services, or industrial products or projects. Knowledge of the Power Generation industry and its fundamentals. Experience with services offerings; parts, repairs, upgrades and field services. Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Experience leading programs, projects, or initiatives. Proactive, self‑driven, and comfortable working with limited supervision. Business and financial acumen. Ability to work in a matrix environment, influence, and motivate teammates to achieve unified goals.
