Manage and oversee the administration of Informatica Cloud environments to ensure optimal performance and availability. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Informatica Cloud Scheduler to resolve issues promptly. Implement and maintain Informatica Cloud solutions to meet business requirements and enhance data integration processes. Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance to ensure the stability and efficiency of Informatica platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data integration workflows and processes. Develop and enforce best practices for Informatica Cloud administration and data management. Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to track system health and performance metrics. Provide training and support to users on Informatica Cloud tools and functionalities. Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations. Assist in the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans for Informatica environments. Stay updated with the latest Informatica Cloud features and industry trends to recommend improvements. Contribute to the continuous improvement of application support processes and procedures. Qualifications: Must have strong experience with Informatica Cloud Scheduler, Informatica Cloud and Informatica Administration. Should have a solid understanding of data integration and ETL processes. Must possess excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Should have experience in providing application support in a hybrid work model. Must have strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Should be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Nice to have experience in application support within a relevant domain. Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Should have a strong commitment to data security and compliance. Must be willing to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Should have experience in system upgrades and migrations. Must have a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and continuous improvement.
