At Cognizant, we promote an inclusive culture where we value different perspectives.**Job Summary****Responsibilities**- Utilize testing tools and agile frameworks to execute test cases efficiently.- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.- Prepare and maintain test metrics and reports to track progress and quality.- Execute mobile testing to ensure seamless user experience across devices.- Use HP ALM, Jira and Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking.- Analyze test results and provide feedback for continuous improvement.- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment.- Participate in test planning and strategy meetings to optimize testing processes.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.- Support the retail sales domain by validating software functionalities.- Adapt to the hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office tasks.- Contribute to the overall success of projects by ensuring high-quality deliverables.**Qualifications**- Demonstrate proficiency in test metrics and reporting for effective communication.- Exhibit strong skills in using SNOW for incident management.- Show expertise in testing tools and agile frameworks for efficient test execution.- Possess experience in mobile testing to ensure cross-platform compatibility.- Have hands-on experience with HP ALM, Jira and AzureDevOps for test management.- Understand retail sales domain to validate software functionalities.Why Cognizant?Improve your career with one of the largest and fastest-growing IT service providers worldwide.
