**Vacante para la empresa Linkeazi SC en Tijuana, Baja California**:MEIYINGSEN MEXICO PACKAGING TECHNOLOGY Co., Ltd." fue establecida el 15 de noviembre de 2022. Es la primera empresa totalmente invertida por MYS GROUP CO., LTD en América del Norte, con un capital registrado de 30 millones de yuanes, también es la primera etapa del desarrollo del Grupo en el extranjero. La Compañía tiene su sede en Tijuana, Baja California, con un transporte conveniente y un entorno superior. En la segunda fase, el Grupo tiene previsto invertir 150 millones de yuanes para establecer el Parque Industrial Meiyingsen en Tijuana, México, con el fin de satisfacer mejor las necesidades de los clientes. La empresa crea valor para los clientes y proporciona una plataforma para los empleados. La empresa cuenta con un equipo técnico profesional y personal de gestión. Actualmente está equipada con máquinas de impresión, máquinas de corte, máquinas de clavado, máquinas de laminación y otros equipos, puede satisfacer la producción de marcas de agua y soluciones integradas de diversos cartones para las necesidades de los clientes.**Responsabilidades**:- Organizar los horarios de producción, coordinar y organizar a los empleados para completar los pedidos a tiempo todos los días.- Gestionar a los empleados en el taller, supervisar la disciplina y puntualidad de los empleados, y llevar a cabo reuniones matutinas todos los días.- Encargado de la gestión de la seguridad en la fábrica, garantizando una producción segura y previniendo el robo financiero.- Encargado de la gestión de la calidad en la fábrica, asegurando que la calidad del producto cumpla con los requisitos del cliente.- Encargado de la gestión logística en la fábrica- Encargado de organizar e implementar los documentos del sistema de gestión de calidad de la fábrica.- Encargado de reclutar y organizar la capacitación para los empleados de la fábrica, liderando la mejora del rendimiento de los empleados.- Encargado de resolver conflictos entre los empleados de la fábrica, realizar entrevistas a los empleados y resolver problemas prácticos.- Encargado de supervisar el mantenimiento del equipo de la fábrica.**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura en administración de empresas, gestión industrial o carreras relacionadas.- Experiência en la industria del embalaje, familiarizado con SAP, los procesos de producción de embalajes y habilidades avanzadas en operaciones informáticas.- Más de 5 años de experiência en gestión en la industria manufacturera- **Inglés** avanzado**Beneficios**:- Salario mensual de $50,000-$70,000 brutos- Prestaciones de ley- Vacaciones- Seguro social**Lugar de trabajo**:Avenida 34sur, Colonia Rubio, TJ, BC**Horario**:Lunes a viernes de 8:00 am a 5:30 pm**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Manufactura / Operaciones**Industria**:Empaques y Contenedores**Habilidades**:- inglés avanzado- calidad- producción- industria manufacturera- logística
