**IMPORTANTE EMPRESA SOLICITA****COMMERCIAL MANAGER**The Commercial Manager, is required to lead a commercial team to grow market share, through both existing and new customers. Utilization of both personal sales techniques and developing and managing Inside Sales, Outside Sales and Customer Service personnel is expected.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree.- English speaker.- 5 + years technical sales leadership experience including account management and regional sales management.- 5 + years experienced in hiring, training, managing, and developing Customer Service, Inside Sales and Outside Sales representatives.- Self-starter with the ability to develop/implement local tactics in line with the company's Strategy/business vision.- Exemplify Essentra’s health, safety and employee engagement culture.- Willing to travel up to 30%.**Typical Accountabilities**:- Build, Lead and develop the Sales team to ensure Company targets are achieved.- Partnership with other local Managers to build a strong and functional Management Team in Mexico.- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue sales targets. Acquiring new customers, growing them by cross-selling and keeping them being hassle-free.- Manage the Customer Service (2), Inside Sales (2), and Outside Sales (4) to ensure Hassle-Free Customer Service to our internal and external customers.- Ensure sales operation procedures and daily activities are in place. Teams operate effectively within current policies and procedures relating to proactive selling, pricing, order entry, complaint handling and telephone enquiries.- Drive CE adoption and new opportunities Pipeline creation.- Monitor, maintain and develop business KPIs for the site in line with the company strategy. Included weekly Revenue latest views, closing period reporting and quarterly forecasts.- Conduct annual appraisals and ensures appropriate development for all team members through weekly one-on-one meetings.- Responsible for other management tasks such as Health and Safety, recruiting, budgets, and general HR functions.- Develop effective working relationships with other internal departments in Mexico and Americas.- Ability to manage outside Manufacture Reps, as needed.- Other duties as assigned.**Work place**:Apodaca, Nuevo León.
