**Location: Calle Juan Ignacio Ramón 801 Ote, Monterrey, Newfoundland (NL) 64000 Mexico****Salary: $14,000 - $16,000****Work hours: M-F 7:30am - 5:30pm****Overview**Working as Full-Time Sourcing Administrator, you will be responsible for managing incoming RFQs (Request for Quote), distributing RFQs to the Sourcing Team, and communicating/coordinating with Fastenal sales representatives.**Responsibilities**The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:- Accepting or rejecting sourcing/quoting requests from sales representatives based on lead times, support available, quality of information, type of bid, and sales opportunity- Preparing quotes for system load and running internal reports- Completing cross reference requests- Managing competitor intelligence- Analyzing and assigning quotes to the sourcing team members based on workload and product category specialization- Monitoring the progress and work of quotes in order to meet customer deadlines- Compiling customer deliverable quotations- Performing quote audits- Communicating/coordinating with high level sales representatives**Requirements**:The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:- Advanced English- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite- Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency- Demonstrate strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills- Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment- Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities- Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented- Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork**Preferred position qualifications**- Prior experience in a related industry- Prior project management experience- Valid passport and US VisaTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $14,000.00 - $16,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Uniformes gratuitos- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaPago complementario:- Bono de productividadTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Idioma:- inglés intermedio-avanzado (Obligatorio)
