**Job ID**: **Required Travel**: Minimal**Managerial - No****Location**:Mexico-Mexico City (AM)****Who are we?**:**In one sentence**:Build, lead, and direct a Presales Proposal Management/Bid Response team in support of the divisional sales goals.**What will your job look like?**:- Be in the center of the divisional sales efforts. Act as a coordinator, mediator, and leader- Perform presales proposals activities for the division or specific accounts- Support Sales activities within the division. Set priorities accordingly. Also identify stakeholders and define items that require special approval or unique knowledge- Participate in agreement negotiation support and facilitation, acting as a point of contact between Legal, Finance and Sales- Work with various teams in the company to ensure that proposal materials and sales activities are performed in a timely manner and at the highest quality- Collaborate and maintain a broad view across accounts/regions to provide a single voice, ensuring that all messages are synchronized- Set and monitor divisional sales activities to support business decisions and execution.**All you need is...**:- 5+ years’ experience working in and supporting a Sales organization- 8+ years’ experience in business writing in a Sales or comparable writing environment- 3+ years leading bid/proposal management personnel to ensure successful execution of the proposal process including developing content and pricing documents in a large IT organization- Technical aptitude to understand technical software solutions and offerings- Credibility and experience in delivery or similar role to challenge estimations, man months, proposal content, and so on- Proven experience in project management and preparing reports and tailoring communication as appropriate to audience**Why you will love this job**:- You will be working on new and attracting technologies and products and with the brightest minds- Control presales proposal process while holding employees responsible for execution and success- Have the opportunity to work with the industry most sophisticated technologies- We are a dynamic, multi-cultural organization that constantly innovates and empowers our employees to grow.
