**ASISTENTE DE DIRECCIÓN****Responsabilidades**:- Gestionar la agenda diaria del director/a, organizando reuniones, citas y viajes.- Coordinar y preparar materiales para presentaciones, informes y reuniones ejecutivas.- Actuar como enlace entre la dirección y los diferentes departamentos, facilitando la comunicación interna y externa en inglés y español.- Realizar tareas administrativas generales, como redacción de correos, gestión de llamadas telefónicas y archivo de documentos.- Manejar la logística de viajes de negocios, incluyendo reservas de vuelos, alojamiento y transporte.- Supervisar la correspondencia, filtrando y priorizando la información más relevante para la dirección.- Coordinar eventos, reuniones y conferencias, asegurando la correcta ejecución de todos los detalles.- Asistir en la gestión de proyectos especiales según sea necesario.**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura **concluida** en Administración, Negocios, Relaciones Internacionales o afines. **INDISPENSABLE**- Mínimo 3 años de experiência previa como asistente de dirección o en un puesto similar.- Inglés **AVANZADO** (C1)- Conocimiento avanzado de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) y herramientas de gestión de proyectos.- Discreción y confidencialidad en el manejo de información sensible.- Proactividad, capacidad de resolución de problemas y atención al detalle.**Beneficios**:- Atractivo rango salarial (De $35,000 a $45,000 netos)- Esquema de trabajo 100% presencial- Contratación inmediataEn caso de cumplir con todos los requisitos, Postúlate por este medioTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
