**Primary/Major Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:- Coordinates with personnel to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of tasks.- Responsible for performing day-to-day compliance inspections of the contract.- Performing random and scheduled inspections of work in progress and finished work using appropriate inspection methods and criteria.- Plans and completes periodic management system audits to ensure work activities are performed in accordance with established processes and procedures.- Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.- Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: billing, performing reviews, working onsite,etc- Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision-making. Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company.- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements and cost effectiveness that positively impact the customer’s experience.- Responsible for compiling and generating reports as they relate to our clients. Submit daily, weekly, and quarterly, yearly reports to the stock holders, clients and principals.- Other essential tasks as required.Pay: $13,500.00 - $18,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- 44100, Guadalajara, Jal.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Quality management: 3 years (required)Work Location: In person
