They act as the primary liaison between clients and the internal fulfillment team, ensuring a smooth, timely, and organized client experience.This role is responsible for gathering necessary client data, handling routine client requests, and ensuring that the fulfillment team is not bogged down with client communication.**Required Experience and Skills**:- **Prior experience in a client-facing role**, preferably within a professional services or accounting firm environment.- Proven success in **managing client relationships**, onboarding, and ongoing client support.- Strong project **management and organizational skills** — ability to coordinate multiple clients and moving pieces.- High level of professionalism in verbal, written, and video communications.- Proficient with **Financial Cents, Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, Zoom, Liscio.**:- Ability to quickly learn and implement new tools.First month ON-SITE in **Mérida**(C. 13 & Avenida "Shutan" Medina C., Residencial Montecristo, 97133) or **Chihuahua**(Avenida Universidad*Chihuahua).
