B2C Secondary Market lead Responsibilities Order Management : Oversee the entire B2C liquidation order process, from order placement to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery. Demand Forecasting : Monitor and analyze B2C liquidation demand to forecast inventory needs and ensure our partner has sufficient stock. Partner Collaboration : Build and maintain a strong relationship with our B2C partner, collaborating on pricing strategies, inventory management, and promotional activities. Pricing Strategy Execution : Execute and refine data‑driven pricing strategies defined by management, ensuring they are competitive and maximize recovery rates in the secondary market. Data Analysis : Leverage Excel and other tools to analyze sales data, track KPIs (fulfillment accuracy, recovery rate), and identify areas for improvement. Process Optimization : Continuously evaluate and refine order management processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Reporting : Prepare regular reports on B2C liquidation performance, highlighting key metrics and trends for management review. Contribute with any substantial insights to improve results. Qualifications Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, sales, or a related field. Skills : Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and data analysis, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, experience using Asana for project management. Education : Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. Certifications : Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement training a plus.
