Job Descriptions Full-Time Remote 3.000 USD We are the management division , an agency that represents 30+ talents with over 100 million followers in the United States. We work directly with brands and agencies to close high-impact deals, at scale, and with a long‑term vision. Role We’re looking for a senior — very senior — person who is obsessed with sales. Someone who knows how to close, open doors, run smart outbound, and bring real opportunities to our talents. This role is 100% focused on sales, revenue, and closed deals. The role can be based anywhere in Latin America. Responsibilities Generate commercial opportunities with brands and agencies in the U.S. Execute outbound strategies via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and calls. Actively sell our talent roster for campaigns, partnerships, and recurring contracts. Negotiate deals, fees, scopes, and commercial terms. Build long‑term relationships with brand and agency decision‑makers. Work closely with the talent and operations teams to close and execute deals at scale. Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets. Requirements (NON-negotiable) Perfect spoken and written English. Proven B2B sales experience, ideally with brands, agencies, or talent. Hunter profile, not farmer. Very strong in outbound, prospecting, and follow‑ups. Real seniority. We are not looking for juniors or people in training. Closing, negotiation, and results‑driven mindset. Clear, confident, and professional communication with senior executives. Strong pluses Previous experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or advertising. Active network of contacts at U.S. brands or agencies. Experience closing 5‑ and 6‑figure contracts. Compensation Base salary up to USD $3,000 per month. Aggressive commissions on closed deals. Real growth within our ecosystem. This role is NOT for you if You don’t like selling. You expect inbound leads. You’re uncomfortable with rejection. You don’t know how to negotiate or close. This role IS for you if You consider yourself elite in sales. You’re motivated by earning large commissions. You enjoy talking to CMOs, VPs, and directors.
