DESCRIPCIóN**Technical Integration Manager**:**Empresa**: KLB MÉXICO.**Ubicación**: Ciudad de México.**Formación**: Maestría en Ingeniería o disciplina técnica equivalente.**Experiência requerida**: Experiência mínima de 15 años en la ejecución de proyectos EPC mayores en el sector Oil & Gas (plataformas offshore) y al menos 5 años en gestión de integración de proyectos o ingeniería de sistemas.**Tipo de empleo**: Tiempo completo.En **KLB MÉXICO**, buscamos un **Technical Integration Manager** con amplio conocimiento técnico, visión estratégica y habilidades de liderazgo para coordinar disciplinas clave dentro de proyectos de ingeniería complejos. La persona ideal garantizará la alineación entre las áreas técnicas, el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad y seguridad, y la ejecución eficiente de cada fase del proyecto.**Responsabilidades**:- Apoyar al Gerente de Proyecto en la comunicación y alineación de prioridades estratégicas entre las disciplinas del proyecto: Subsuelo, Pozos, Instalaciones, Adquisiciones, HSES, Calidad y Permisos.- Impulsar la integración técnica y operativa entre las fases de ingeniería, adquisiciones, construcción y puesta en marcha.- Asegurar la correcta implementación de políticas y requisitos de HSES y Calidad.- Coordinar la gestión de stakeholders internos y externos, fomentando la colaboración multidisciplinaria.- Liderar la entrega de actividades técnicas e iniciativas de integración entre disciplinas.- Apoyar los procesos de adquisiciones, garantizando la coherencia entre los aportes técnicos y comerciales.- Promover la estandarización, la mejora continua y la aplicación del proceso de lecciones aprendidas.- Analizar datos y tendencias de desempeño para generar información y recomendaciones estratégicas.- Definir y optimizar herramientas, procesos y sistemas de gestión para ingeniería, construcción y puesta en marcha.- Liderar o apoyar investigaciones de incidentes y análisis de causa raíz, impulsando la mejora sostenible.**Requisitos**:- Experiência mínima de 15 años en ejecución de proyectos EPC mayores en Oil & Gas (plataformas offshore), con al menos 5 años en gestión de integración de proyectos o ingeniería de sistemas.- Sólido conocimiento técnico en ingeniería de sistemas y gestión multidisciplinaria: subsuelo, perforación y pozos, instalaciones.- Experiência en coordinación de stakeholders internos y externos, liderazgo de equipos y entrega de paquetes de trabajo críticos.- Conocimiento en tecnologías digitales y plataformas de datos para campo petrolero.- Pensamiento estratégico, enfoque en resultados y capacidad para resolver problemas complejos.- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, colaboración y gestión de proyectos.- Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito); español considerado un plus.- Proactividad, liderazgo y trabajo en equipo.**¿Por qué unirte a nuestro equipo?**En **KLB MEXICO**, valoramos la excelencia técnica, la seguridad y la colaboración multidisciplinaria.
