**Vacante para la empresa Servicios Reclutamiento en Cuauhtémoc, Ciudad de México**:**Business Development Lead****Objetivo del puesto**:El objetivo del Business Development Lead será diseñar, ejecutar y escalar la estrategia de desarrollo de negocio B2B enfocada en abrir nuevas cuentas de empresas medianas y grandes (150-200 empleados) que requieran soluciones de salud financiera y cumplimiento normativo en bienestar emocional.**Responsabilidades**:- Identificar, prospectar y calificar empresas PyME con más de 150 empleados como potenciales clientes.- Establecer relaciones sólidas con tomadores de decisión en áreas de Recursos Humanos, Dirección General y Bienestar Organizacional.- Presentar propuestas comerciales personalizadas y con enfoque consultivo.- Diseñar, ejecutar y mejorar estrategias comerciales outbound orientadas a generar oportunidades de negocio.- Participar activamente en eventos de networking, foros empresariales y reuniones presenciales para promover la marca y los servicios de la empresa.- Colaborar con el CEO en la construcción del canal comercial desde cero, incluyendo definición de procesos, herramientas y mensajes clave.- Realizar A/B testing en mensajes de prospección, canales de contacto y contenidos ofrecidos para validar hipótesis y optimizar el proceso comercial.- Trabajar con metas mensuales claras de generación de leads calificados, gestionando un pipeline con enfoque en ciclos de venta largos.- Coordinarse con los asesores comerciales para dar seguimiento a las oportunidades generadas y asegurar su avance en el embudo de ventas.- Monitorear métricas clave: número de empresas contactadas, reuniones realizadas, negocios abiertos y volumen potencial de ingresos.- Reportar avances, métricas clave y aprendizajes al CEO de manera estructurada.**Requerimientos**:- **+4 años de experiência en ventas consultivas B2B**, idealmente en servicios financieros, salud organizacional, bienestar, beneficios corporativos u otras soluciones intangibles.- Negociación con múltiples stakeholders.- Experiência trabajando con áreas de Recursos Humanos, Compensaciones o Cultura Organizacional.- Habilidad comprobada para **generar relaciones comerciales desde cero**, abrir nuevos mercados y prospectar empresas medianas o grandes.- Manejo de **CRM** como Hubspot.- ** Con cartera de clientes propia o red de contactos corporativos.**:- ** Experiência previa en startups o proyectos en etapas tempranas.**:- ** Inglés avanzado.**:- ** Contar con auto propio para movilizarse en CDMX y zona conurbada.****Beneficios**- **Horario**:Lunes a Viernes de 09:00 a 18:30 hrs, con flexibilidad acorde a resultados.- Ubicación: Hibrido (la persona deberá radicar en la Ciudad de México)- ** Sueldo**:$30,000 a $50,000 netos mensuales- ** Esquema de comisiones**:10% de cada cierre por parte del equipo de asesores- ** Seguro médico de gastos mayores y menores**:- ** Membresía Total Pass**:- ** Gimnasio dentro de la oficina**:- ** Viaje anual****Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Comercial / Ventas**Industria**:Consultoría, asesoría y servicios empresariales**Habilidades**:- Comercial- Business Development- B2B
