This will a key position as leader of leaders, engaging with Ops team to create commercial strategies and achieve exceptional growth.Role Responsibilities:- Leading a successful team of Business Development Managers to deliver exceptional performance results and customer service that exceeds expectations.- Enabling operational teams (Business Developers) to achieve the highest standards in execution and to develop and maintain strong business relationships with top customers.- Co-developing commercial propositions for different types of customers, based on deep business insights.- Understanding consumer behavior to gain insights and translating them into actionable plans.- Ensuring the successful execution of commercial plans.Role Qualifications:- 10+ years of experience in the commercial area with solid experience in key account management and/or consultative selling.- At least 5 years of experience managing teams (manager of managers).- Strategic and Data-Driven thinking.- Able to bring solutions to complex problems.- Fluent in English.EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
