The main role of this position is to manage and implement the global service strategies and plans locally for your area, focusing on service sales growth. Identify economic trends, investments, and regional development. Evaluate the potential and market penetration of our main competitors. Digitalization of sales in the Service area. You will report directly to the Business Line Manager Service to make the best operational, commercial, and strategic decisions for our Customer Center.****Functions and Responsibilities**:- Plan and direct all aspects of our Mexican service organization: sales, development policies, objectives, and initiatives.- Present and manage a business plan for all clients in Mexico according to objectives and strategies.- Coordinate all activities with our service commercial coordinators.- Develop and contribute to strengthening our market position regarding account coverage, key account allocation, product positioning, and launches.- Develop strategic plans for customer and key account retention (ensuring that products and services consistently meet customer needs).- Actively coordinate with global key clients, Account Managers, Team Leaders, and segment leaders.- Continuously develop the people under your charge, ensuring they have the right skills, are committed, self-motivated, and adequately trained to fulfill their individual missions.- Continue developing and managing a successful service business for your area in Mexico and contribute to growth to expand market opportunities.- Develop new sales strategies innovatively aligned with the service team’s objectives based on selling current and new products.- Constantly monitor customer satisfaction through the correct generation of proposals tailored to each client’s needs.- Generate improvement plans for warehouse and spare parts rotation.- Strong orientation towards securing sales in service contracts and spare parts, as well as on-site analysis and value proposition (3SWS & F2F Analysis).**Academic Background**:- Applies to all engineering, business, or related fields.**Required Experience**:- 3 to 5 years of experience in the sector.- Sales techniques and prospecting strategy.- Commercial profile with knowledge of field operations.**Knowledge**:- Proficiency in MS Office.- Advanced English.- Sales techniques, manufacturing processes, and operations, key account management.**Personal Competencies**:- To be a successful Service Sales Manager, you must have leadership skills, negotiation skills, and set measurable and achievable sales goals.- Collaboration, leadership, and positive influence, connecting daily with your team.- Global business vision.- Communication and self-direction.- High proactivity and effective planning.**What you can expect in return**:- Highly dynamic working environment in a growing organization- Ample opportunities for professional growth in a globally leading technology company- Belong to an organization committed to #Never Stop Learning- A there is always a better way philosophy- Collaboration in diverse and inclusive teams- Experience the unique cultural values of Atlas Copco**Diverse by nature and inclusive by choice**Bright ideas come from all of us.
