A rapidly growing healthcare company is seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant Specialist.We are looking for a self-starter that is very motivated and aggressive, self-disciplined, technologically savvy and results driven.Main responsibilities:- Virtual Office Management: work with CEO to manage virtual company day-to-day programs- HR Administration: help with HR functions of the company- Recruiting: coordinate job posting on Web sites, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews and reference checks.- Reporting: assimilate various weekly / monthly reports- Special projects: manage company special initiatives and projects, software selection- Appointment Setting: manage customer appointments for the managers- Research: conduct research and assimilate reports on various topicsKey Requirements:- A minimum of 3 years of professional and related field experience.- Technologically savvy, ability to do deep research to find solutions- Proven track record in meeting performance objectives.- Strong oral, written and telephone communication skills in English- Able to thrive on multitasking environment and set priorities- Shows/practices a commitment to ethical conduct.- Works well under pressure and does not waiver in working as a team.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks under tight deadlines.- Availability to work a flexible scheduleTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $9,500.00 - $10,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes
