Overview Establish and implement the Facility strategy and plan for the assigned San Luis Potosi offices; ensure the Plant has the right facility at the right costs and location to achieve operational objectives. Responsibilities Define the allocation of human and material resources for real estate leadership and internal customers to ensure compliance with facility services objectives. Manage Hitachi Energy contractors to optimize resources and costs through standardization aligned with equipment and services, while prioritizing safety and the integrity of people. Define and manage the maintenance, repair, and building works plan. Ensure deadlines and costs are met, work is carried out, and projects are delivered on time and within budget. Organize, manage, and staff the Reynosa Plant real estate function with qualified personnel; guide, motivate, and lead indirect employees in accordance with Hitachi Energy policies and practices. Monitor and manage facilities and services to maximize energy efficiency by developing assessments and recommending energy-saving solutions. Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
