Come, be a part of our exciting journeyResponsible to coordinate & execute all activities of Manufacturing, Product Costing & Inventory, on time and with high quality; monitoring the behavior of activities on a daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, coordinate all activities under team responsibility. Must have ability to analyze the information received and recorded and be able to work under pressure with precision, have an ability to work in extended times during the accounting closing process.**Responsibilities**- Execute all new activities of Ricoh client- Ensure training of all new hires to ISC Team & cover double position till ensure the completion of Learning Curve of resources- SPOC to test all new activities & stablish the best way of working- Ensure the adoption of Standard processes & replicate best practices- Be back up of ISC FLM- Be the point of contact with the client of all ISC activities- Month End Closing Calendar- Delivery of Closing Calendar to FLM and status during closing to leadership- ISC - WFH team inputs and outputs- OT ISC - WFH team - SLA'S/KPIS from ISC team to BO - Mail request, Lan Id Creation- Follow up with SOP update on an annual basis- Follow up support with team on any tower- Job Role changes in SAP and Job roles used in ISC- Changes in Parker Matrix and poster by company Code- Perform Governance Deck MX- Manual Journal Entries Posting- Audit Follow-up for plants- Plant Cost Schedule- Cost Statement - Support- INEGI Annual - Support- Inventory Adjustments - Support- Manage Genpact activities to all people- Make 1 on 1s to the Team**Qualifications**- High school diploma(Accounting/administration)- 3rd year of Audit & Accountant university asminimums- 2 Yeas of Accounting ExperienceSAP Knowledge**Preferred qualifications**- Knowledge of Integrated Supply Chain- Experience of 2 year as minimum in Accountingor ISC activities- People management- Work under pressure & extended shift inYEC/Quarterly/Monthly close- No CAP- No LE in last Session C- Green Belt certified- Analyst experience as minimum 2 years in ISCActivities**Skills**- Excel intermediate- Knowledge in Office package.- Agility, very proactive, autonomous to work.- Open mind to continuous process changes- Good time management- Availability of time- Ready to work under pressure- Results Oriented- Knowledge in SAP (mostly SAP ERP)- Integrity**Language**Spanish/Advanced English levelAbility to commute/relocate:- Ciudad Juárez, Chih.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Work Location: One location
