And, we’re just getting startedWith over 950+ global FlyMates, representing more than 40 nationalities, and in 14 offices world-wide, we’re looking for FlyMates to join the next stage of our journey as we continue to grow.**Job Description** The Opportunity**:We, at Flywire, are seeking a Payment Operations Specialist, Pay-ins.- Ensure daily processing deliverables of the Americas are consistently met- Deliver an exceptional service to all payers and beneficiaries- Ensure all payment related enquiries are resolved meeting agreed SLAs- Understand the importance of strong financial controls and implement processes that are efficient and compliant with our internal policies- Use of data to measure team performance and facilitate the decision making process**Qualifications** Here’s What We’re Looking For**:- Deadline focused with strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail- Fluent English, written and spoken, other languages are a plus- Possess a willingness and eagerness to learn- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment- Excellent analytical and computer skills including proficiency in Excel and other online tools (Google Apps, etc.)- Passion for problem solving and helping customers- Highly effective communication skills- A positive, can-do attitude motivated to drive ongoing, continuous improvement- 3+ years experience in payments industry, finance or banking operations**Additional Information** Submit today and get started**We are excited to get to know you Throughout our process you can expect to meet with different FlyMates including the Hiring Manager, Peers on the team, the VP of the department, and a skills assessment.
