We support companies through our **Talent, Technology, and Training** services.We have been impacting the world **since 2018** and we want to keep pushing ourselves to become the brightest minds in our field and better serve our customers.As an** Account Executive (Senior Director Level),** your primary responsibility is leading business development efforts to strengthen and expand our presence in the US and LATAM markets.- Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage and optimize client relationships, sales pipelines, and business operations.- Travel frequently (50%) between the US and LATAM regions to foster client relationships, negotiate deals, and ensure project success.- Develop strategic initiatives that align with the company's international growth objectives.- Act as a problem-solver and work independently to overcome obstacles and drive continuous improvement.**Requirements**:**What would help you succeed**:- Believe and love what you do.- Adaptable and creative.- Personable, energetic, and professional.- Proactive, doesn't need micromanagement.- Determined and not afraid to speak up.- Strategic and critical thinking.**Minimum requirements**:- +5 years of Experience in International Business (Import-Export) is required.- +5 years of Leadership experience as a Sales Account Executive (Director level).- Proven understanding of US-LATAM business dynamics.- A valid US Visa is required for travel purposes.- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.- Total of +10 years of experience in the Import and Export industry between LATAM And USA and leadership experience.**Perks**:- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. to 400 p.m. Regular Shift.- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.- **Place**: Remote México City (This person must be located in Mexico City, Mexico).- **Compensation**:Base salary is negotiable based on experience.**Would you like to be part of a company that belongs to the 100 tech companies recognized by Freight Waves in the supply chain industry in the United States?
