Account Executive – Mexico (Beauty Industry – Haircare brand) Location: Mexico City, Mexico. Full-time About the company A clinically backed, science-driven haircare brand with Latin-inspired roots, focused on addressing the full spectrum of hair textures and needs. The brand combines traditional beauty knowledge with modern innovation to deliver high-performance, clinically validated formulations developed by leading experts. S. beauty retailer, the company is in a growth phase and is committed to empowering consumers through intentional, results-oriented haircare solutions. The Account Executive will serve as the primary strategic and commercial lead for the Brand presence within the Beauty Retailer stores across all of Mexico. This role will build and maintain strong retail partnerships, drive brand performance against commercial targets, and act as a key ambassador for the brand in market. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated sales professional with strong retail account experience, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a passion for beauty and consumer engagement. Retail Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Beauty Retailer leadership, store teams, and merchandising partners in Mexico. ~ Sales & Commercial Excellence: Drive sales growth, achieve revenue and distribution targets, and develop strategies to expand the brand's footprint within Beauty Retailer locations nationwide. ~ Partner with the Head of International Sales to develop and execute annual business plans, promotional activities, and merchandising strategies that maximize brand visibility and performance. ~ Monitor key performance indicators, provide regular reporting on sales trends, inventories, competitive activity, and consumer behaviors to inform strategic decisions. ~ Retail Execution: Ensure strong in-store product placement, visual merchandising standards, promotional execution, inventory allocation and compliance with Beauty Retailer store protocols. ~ Work closely with marketing, supply chain, education, and customer experience teams to align retail initiatives with broader brand goals. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field. ~3+ years of experience in retail account management, brand representation, or sales, ideally within beauty, CPG, or fashion. ~ Strong communication skills and proven ability to build trusted partnerships with retail leadership. ~ Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English. ~ Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
