We are currently seeking an Oracle ERP Senior Project Manager for exciting Oracle Cloud-Based projects.
Essential Duties:
- Day-to-day project management of Oracle Cloud projects. Lead project from concept through completion through the project life cycle while meeting scope, schedule and resource targets while achieving the desired business results.
- Create and manage all project management plans including scope, time, cost, risk, quality management plans.
- Maintain complete control of project schedules, project resources, budget, and risk issues while facilitating timely discussions and decisions to identify project risks.
- Lead meetings between stakeholders, resources, senior managers, and executives.
- Act as primary interface with the client regarding deliverables, changes, and sign-off on status and requirements.
- Facilitate communication across teams and communicate updates to the Program Manager and Project Sponsors.
- Ensure project requirements are met, scope is contained, and milestones are kept.
- Conduct various reviews and sign-off workshops.
- Actively assist with developing tools, methodologies, approaches, points of view and thought leadership.
- Mentor team members on and off projects to create a “best in show” team.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Oracle Project Management experience.
- Broad experience with Oracle ERP & SCM.
- 5+ full-cycle software implementation projects (at least 1 with SCM).
- Strong customer service orientation with strong written and verbal communication.
- Experience managing large teams and clients.
- Experience with Oracle EBS.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Experience with SAP Cloud.
