Descripción y detalle de las actividades1. Defines sites strategy to reach long and medium-term objectives.2. Create monthly reports for the department management to guarantee Key Performance Indicator compliance. 3. Lead SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning)4. Develop/maintain/manage continuous improvement projects5. LMA (Lead/Manager/Accountability) for production/quality/technical/Supply chain department.6. To achieve department goals, create a promote a healthy team culture.7. Develop and deliver training plan for each manufacturing area8. Prepare the annual budget for the different departments. Monitor spending and execute necessary improvements to achieve budgetary objectives.9. Establish exhaustive list of losses and edits cost deployment matrix. Translates it in a roadmap of improvement projects.10. Participation in global ops senior mgmt. group led by Chief Technology Officer.
