Looking for a strong hands-on **Production Manager** who can develop into a **Plant Manager** to oversee a manufacturing Plant, reporting to the VP of Operations.

**This position**:

- Oversee daily production activities
- Works directly with production to ensure production and quality requirements are met
- Plans and establishes work schedules, staffing requirements, and production sequences to maximize productivity
- Ensures the manufacture of completed units by overseeing assembly, installation, and testing activities
- Ensure compliance with industry standards
- Promotes safe work practices and contributes to the health, safety, and environmental program and culture.
- Promote lean manufacturing
- Analyzes issues, anticipates and resolves problems, recommends improvements, and implements required change.
- Track and report performance to KPIs
- Collaborate with engineering teams
- Integrate advanced technologies
- Perform other duties as assigned

Experiência y requisitos
- **
Fluent in English**a— able to communicate with U.S. teams and local workforce.
- Engineering degree preferred.
- ** 10+ years in manufacturing operations**, with **7+ years in a leadership position. Aerospace or medical industry**experience required.
- Proficient in ISO 9001 / AS9100 and CAPA methodology.
- **Strong, hands-on leader**who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of electronics assembly or optics manufacturing is a plus.
- Comfortable with ERP systems and data-driven reporting, and transactions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
