Marketing ManagerWe’re looking for a hands-on marketing leader that can guide our creative team by designing and implementing clear marketing strategies that help bring light into our company, drive business activities, and best represent what Enteracloud is all about.Main Activities- Plan, direct and coordinate all marketing efforts so they are aligned to the company goals.- Oversee the marketing department- Market Research to identify trends in the industry, competitors, and implement best practices.- Develop clear marketing plans and strategies.- Work alongside the sales department to develop strategies that help increase revenue. This includes, but is not limited to, organizing events, conferences or attending trade shows to attract potential customers.- Could also need to develop and communicate budgets that include ROI and profit-loss projections.- Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing in order to build brand awareness.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or related.- English proficiency- Previous experience of 2+ years in a similar position.- Experience in B2B Marketing.- Someone eager to take charge of a marketing team in a growing IT company.- Strong customer relationship skills- Strong analytical skills and leadership abilities.- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)What we offer- Base salary of $30,000-$40,000, or according to skills and experience.- Vacation days are superior to those provided by law.- All benefits provided by law.- We want our team to continuously keep learning, so we constantly encourage and provide the means for our people to take courses, training or anything that helps them achieve a higher professional level in their field of work.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horas- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Aumentos salariales- Bebidas gratis- Días por enfermedad- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Horarios flexibles- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo
