Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting company sales efforts to meet and/or exceed company sales revenue and profit objectives.- Generate sales leads by contacting prospective customers by phone or in person- Provide quotations for products, including technical and engineered products- Analyze and assess customer needs- Work in conjunction with Account Manager and Customer in solutions selling and implementing cost savings opportunities- Monitor inventory levels to fulfill the needs of customers- Communicate with employees, customers, and suppliers to resolve issues- Perform other duties as assigned- Perform all work in accordance with ISO processes and procedures- Must have excellent knowledge of industrial products and services- Must have the ability to work on multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy- Must be proficient at verbal and written communication skills (english and Spanish)- Must be ability to maintain positive relationships with employees, customers, and suppliers- Must be proficient with basic computer operation and knowledgeable about position- specific software programs- Proficient knowledge of industrial products and servicesWe offerSuperior BenefitsMedical and life insuranceWellness activitiesMonthly bonus for meeting sales goals
