In this role, you'll have the chance to work on impactful projects within a multicultural environment, contributing to the growth and success of our company.**Responsibilities**:- Partner with hiring managers and HR Teams to understand their staffing needs for Mexico and US.- Prepare and post jobs on appropriate job boards/local media/young talent networks.- Organize and coordinate following interview process.- Participate in regional Employer Branding projects.- Work closely with other HR team members and provide system training where needed.**Required skills and experience**:- 3-5 years and above of successful work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, understanding of staffing & recruiting processes.- Sourcing and headhunting experience and skills.- Experience with social media sites such as LinkedIn or similar.- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English - mandatory.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.**We offer**:- We are proud to offer an international working experience with a tight-knit network of employees, making it easy to connect and learn from people all across our different functions.
