Descripción y detalle de las actividades- The Quality Engineer role is to is to ensure that products meet the required quality standards and specifications. This involves creating and implementing quality control processes, conducting product testing and analysis, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with other teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the production over Spectra strip product lines. The Quality Engineer is accountable for meeting and improving the business P&L. Driving a culture of continuous improvement in all facets of the operation is necessary for success. Main responsibilities:Partners with Materials, Engineering, Maintenance and Production Teams to set production center goals and objectives that align with the needs of the Customer and BU targets. o The role consists of direct responsibility for the efficient operations of Spectra Strip line.Accountable for the business P&L, meeting and improving financial margins. o Accountable for Key financial indicators as scrap rates and improving process indicator as Yields and plans attainments.Determining and implementing world class quality control mindset and standards.Facilitate effective and actionable Gemba walks utilizing KPIs to meet performance objectives and drive continuous improvement.Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.Developing and implementing quality control systems.Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues.Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.Experiência y requisitos- Experiência al menos de 3 años en el área de calidad de procesos, comprobable - Profesionista de preferencia Ingeniero Electrónico o Carrera afín. - Conocimientos de Sistema de Calidad, Estándares ISO. - Experiência de 3 años en el área de calidad de procesos - Deseable idioma inglés en al menos un 85% - Excelentes habilidades de comunicación - Iniciativa, sentido de urgencia, dinámico(a) - Administración de Proyectos, NPI y cambios de ingeniería. - Habilidad para trabajar en equipo**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Calidad**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Lunes a Viernes 7:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
