Descripción y detalle de las actividadesPartners with Materials, Engineering, Maintenance and Production Teams to set production center goals and objectives that align with the needs of the Customer and BU targets.The role consists of direct responsibility for the efficient operations of Spectra Strip line.- Accountable for the business P&L, meeting and improving financial margins.- Accountable for Key financial indicators as scrap rates and improving process indicators as Yields and plans attainments.- Determining and implementing world class quality control mindset and standards.- Facilitate effective and actionable Gemba walks utilizing KPIs to meet performance objectives and drive continuous improvement.- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.- Developing and implementing quality control systems.- Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.- Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.- Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues.- Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.Experiência y requisitos1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial, mechatronic or robotics engineering, or related.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry3. Oral and written English skills4. Handling of Office packages5. Tool design6. Experience in programming automated equipment.7. Autocad8. Experience in project management9.
