Join our work team as Controller HR- Preparation and monitoring of Mexico personnel cost/ headcount budget and forecasts, taking care also of monthly HR reporting/Kpi´s preparation and analysis.- Subject Matter Expert for Total Rewards matters at the country level, supporting Americas HRBP for the implementation of Total Rewards initiatives and projects for the countries in the region in alignment and collaboration with Corporate Compensation and benefits department.- The position is also HRBP serving as a consultant to management of assigned client areas in Mexico for all Human Resources-related processes.Profil recherchéScholarity: Human resources bachelor, Psychology, Business Admin degree, Industrial Engineering or related.Languages: Advanced English / Basic FrenchPosition Experience:At least 4 years of Technical Specialized Experience in Total Rewards with consulting firms or international companies, Experience implementing or as super user with Workday of similar ERP (Success Factors, Meta 4, etc.)Competencies:Analytical thinking, Adaptability, Teamwork, Result Oriented, Advanced level in MS Excel
