**You’re Invited To Join The Paradise Team****GUEST RECEPTION (TIMESHARE) SUPERVISOR**Our Guest Reception team is the critical link between our marketing promoters and the Sales Department. The team welcomes invited guests to the sales presentation after they have been booked by our inside or outside resort promoters.We work hard to create the right expectations for the guest’s visit to Paradise Village, and our Sales Department delivers on those expectations.The Guest Reception Team is the welcoming face of our resort brand and an extension of our overall hospitality services. At the same time, the mission requires that we evaluate the guest’s understanding about their visit with the Sales Team.This is an opportunity to help us oversee a mission critical department and implement change.- **Qualifications and Experience**_- Must be bilingual English and Spanish.- Must be detail-oriented.- Must be familiar with CRM (customer relationship management) computer systems.- Must be a leader and a good influencer.- Experience in timeshare and/or hospitality is preferred but not required.- Must be able to work outdoors (in a modern and comfortable palapa).- Previous supervisory and training experience required.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $13,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 10 horas- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Aumentos salariales- Programa de referidos- Servicio de comedorLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
