**Global Banking with site in London & with presence in 64 countries aroundAsia, Europe, North America, Latin America, the Middle East and North Africa; is looking for its Mexican Market: Jr Agile Lead****What are the objectives of this position?**- Train people to adopt agile frameworks- Coach theteams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets- Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment.- Improve the flow of value through value streams by improving and assessing the DevOps and Release on Demand competency.**You would be responsible about**:- Helps the team to remove impediments to maximize the delivery flow with open communication and transparency.- Acts as coach helping to the teams to create a continuous improvement culture.- Support Technology teams to manage delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, resourcing, dependencies, communications, budget- Work with the Technology team and Product Owner to drive improvements in productivity through backlog management, maturity in the use of Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean), and corresponding management of dependencies- Provide management to maintain a focus on how the initiatives/features aligns to wider programme objectives, where appropriate, and to the change portfolio across the bank.- Manage, monitor and report progress, issues, dependencies, risks to the programme management, internal stakeholders and/or steering committees. Make recommendations to influence decision-making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realisation- Enforce process discipline and improvements in areas of expertise, such as: disciplined agile software delivery, production support processes, continuous DevOps pipelines development.- Ensure adherence to standard controls and drives teams to achieve compliance and framework, capability management, Security controls and technology architecture designs- Establish effective governance and controls, in line with Business Transformation Framework and coordination of cross technology teams, cross Global Business/Global Functions delivery**What are the skills you need?**- Knowledge in SAFe and agile frameworks.- Certification in Scrum Master.- More than 2 year of experience as Technology delivery.- Experience working with agile team.- At least 1 years of experience in agile software techniques (TDD, BDD, XP, CI/CD)- English advance (business conversation).- Behavior with ethics and values, attitude of service,teamwork, hard communication skills, ownership for assigned activities, self-directed, ability to analyze and solve problems, ability to detect risks.**What we offer you?**- Competitive salary, direct contract with the financial company- 100% payroll- 30 days of Christmas bonus- 20 vacation days- Life Insurance- Healthcare Insurance- Anual Bonus- Growth Opportunities and more
