Our mission is:- Building and preserving trustable relationships with key customers and an ongoing level of engagement- Overseeing the relationship with internal and external stakeholders- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently- Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically- Understanding key customer needs and addressing these- Conducting business reviews using tools and reports- Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly- Maintaining a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction- Dealing with customer requests and troubleshooting problemsThe Customer Relationship Manager will constantly identify opportunities to grow the positive relationships with our Customers.An outstanding Customer Relationship Manager will work closely with Sales and Accounts Managers to ensure that all staff preserves relationships with clients and is a team player with leadership skills.You are comfortable jumping in with no hand holding, you create & own the role**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:- Degree in Business Management or equivalent experience- English Advanced- Well-developed analytical and critical thinking skills- Good understanding of end2end supply chain with ability to collaborate within the organization at all levels- Executive presence, capability to present and communicate with senior leadership in RA and customer- Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to seek opportunities to deliver new values for the organization- Design mindset with ability to translate data into concepts to showcase & execute initiatives- Problem solving, decision making and judgment, embedding identified best global practices into the regional scope- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Cross cultural intelligence, ability to operate in different cultural settings- “Can-do” attitude, agile in execution- Critique and self-critique- Situational awareness- Sound leadership & “followership” capabilities- Ability to meet deadlines- Stress managementLI-RG01LI-Hybrid
