**Who You’ll Work With**As a Senior Analyst in Talent Acquisition, you will be part of a high-performing global recruiting team, working closely with technology leaders and stakeholders across the Americas to support the expansion of our teams in Mexico.**What You’ll Do****Key Responsibilities**:- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.- Collaborate with stakeholders to further build and refine our LATAM talent strategy, with a specific focus on Mexico, ensuring alignment with regional business objectives.- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation.**What You’ll Bring**We are looking for a recruiter with recent experience hiring talent in the cloud (Google, Microsoft, AWS) and data (engineering, AI, and strategy) spaces. Your expertise in general technology recruitment will be essential as you contribute to the development of other teams in the country, including those focused on enterprise solutions, product engineering, customer strategy and design.- Business level fluency in both Spanish and English.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, including a proven track record of success hiring talent in the technology space.- Experience operating in a metric driven, production environment.- Strong understanding of the Mexico market and cultural nuances in recruitment.- Expert in building and maintaining professional relationships.- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.- Demonstrated experience in using recruitment technologies and platforms to enhance talent acquisition efforts.- Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.**About Us**Slalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always.
