Talent Acquisition Systems and Process Analyst**Talent Acquisition Systems and Process Analyst****_ How you'll make your mark:_**- Become a Subject Matter Expert on the end to end recruitment process including consulting with HR and business partners to optimize talent acquisition systems and process on staffing needs.- Drives adoption and adherance to the global strategic programs, policies, platforms, services, and tools that enable HPE to align staffing with the workforce plans.- Drives programs in areas such as workforce redeployment and reduction, university hiring and contingent workforce management.- Supports staffing and disengagement activity resulting from mergers, acquisitions, outsourcing and divestitures.- Ensures local staffing practices are compliant with global/regional initiatives and legal requirements, and meet business priorities such as diversity objectives.- Provides HR ticket support to respond to and resolve Talent Acquisition inquieries.**_ About you:_**- First level university degree or equivalent experience- Preferred 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.- Preferred experience with Workday Recruiting Module- Strong communication skills.- Subject matter expertise in one or more of the businesses in which the company competes for talent.- Experience in managing relationships.- Experience in managing small staffing projects or participating in larger staffing projects.- Experience in process improvement and extreme attention to detail.Join us and make your mark**We offer**:- A competitive salary and extensive social benefits- Diverse and dynamic work environment- Work-life balance and support for career development- An amazing life inside the element Want to know more about it?Then let’s stay connectedHPE is an Equal Employment Opportunity/ Veterans/Disabled/LGBT and Affirmative Action employer.
