Amco provides learning systems, educational technology, consultation, and training services to schools in 14 countries throughout Latin America and Europe. For over 20 years, Amco has been the leading company in educational innovation.We are looking for Academic Specialists with ample experience in working with groups K-12, with the purpose of creating amazing learning experiences.**Responsibilities**:Class design with a detailed planning of assigned programs (K-12)Create sales pitches for educational productsPresentations of products and services for potential clientsProvide hybrid, online, and in-person classesPresent workshops, both in-person and online**Requirements**:Bachelor's degree in pedagogy, education, or a related field2 or more years as a teacher in charge of a groupAdvanced English/Portuguese (C1 or native speaker)Spanish (B2 or higher)Specific knowledge required:Teaching and didacticsClass management skillsDesign and development of educational materialTime managementKnowledge of SEP Programs is a PLUSOther requirements:Social skillsOral and public speakingEmpathyTeamworkProblem-solving skillsSpirit of serviceAvailability to travel within Mexico and Latin America**Benefits**:- Savings fund (4%)- Meal allowance 50% (Optional)- Parking allowance 50% (Optional)- Major health coverage- Life insurance- Office hours: Monday through Friday and, occasionally, weekendsBenefits by Law:- Vacation- Vacation bonus- Christmas bonus- IMSS- InfonavitTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: A partir de $20,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuál es tu expectativa económica?Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
