With more than two decades on leadership in the industry, AMCO continues to transform the future of education.**We are looking for a**:Bilingual Academic Specialist (English/Spanish)**Whose objective will be**:Designing and delivering high value experiences that highlight the benefits and effectiveness of our learning systems, with the goal of building trust, sparking interest, and strengthening purchase or retention decisions from educational institutions. All of this is aimed at significantly contributing to the continuous improvement of educational quality.**Key responsibilities**:- Provide attention and follow up (in person and online) with our active schools and potential clients.- Staying up to date in the educational field and our learing systems.- Manage demo classes and product presentations that highlight the key elements of AMCO´s learning systems.- Creating descriptive arguments aligned with our marketing strategies that serve as an extra support to the sales process and retention.**Requirements**:- Bachelor´s degree in Pedagogy, Education or related fields.- 3+ years of experience as a teacher in charge of a group.- Advanced English (C1-C2 requiered).- Spanish (B2 level or higher).**Specific Knowledge Requiered**:- Teaching and didactics.- Classroom management skills.- Design and development of educational material.- Availability to travel across Mexico and Latinamerica.Application Question(s):- Do you speak English fluently/professionaly?- What is your monthly gross salary expectancy?- Do you currently live in Zapopan or Guadalajara?Work Location: In person
