This role is responsible for the aggregation of data from multiple sources into an efficient data warehouse and assists with designing reporting solutions for very large multidimensional databases.Key Responsibilities:- Translates moderately complex business needs to technical specifications- Designs, builds and deploys moderately complex BI solutions- Maintains and supports data analytics platforms- Conducts developer testing and troubleshooting- Assists with the evaluation and improvement of existing BI systems and processes- Collaborates with teams to integrate systems- Develops and executes database queries and aids in development- Develops standard reports and functional dashboards based on business requirements- Develops and updates technical documentation- Adheres to documented SDLC steps and deliverables- Escalates open issues and proactively asks questions in an agile mannerPreferred Qualifications:Education and Experience- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience- 3 or more years of related experienceFunctional Skills- Knowledge of Structured Query Language (T-SQL)- Basic knowledge of one or more of the following skill sets: SSIS, SSRS, SSAS- Knowledge of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework- Knowledge of data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data mining- Development knowledge of all phases of Software Development Lifecycle- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills- Effective organization and time management skills- Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitudeLI-FB1Integon, a Great Place to Work, provides innovative technology and customer support services to major personal lines insurance providers, including Fortune 100 companies rated A+ (Superior), by A.M.
